We met up with Simon from TRAK in Nanaimo, jenga’d everything into my car, and headed up towards Telegraph Cove blasting some throwback emo tunes.

In February we teamed up with Ocean River Sports in Victoria to bring legendary Canadian writer, film maker and explorer Frank Wolf in to give a presentation of Two Coasts, One Season: Kayak Adventures on the outer edges of British Columbia and Labrador.
We love our TRAK paddling community, and recently received some really stellar photography of John Mainwaring's TRAK in action. We couldn't pass up the chance to hear more about his trips to accompany the photos, and here is what he had to share.
TRAK Couple: Maryse & Catherine
Maryse and Catherine, based in Rosemere Quebec, began their journey with TRAK in 2018. They added paddling to their relationship back in the year 2000 as they were looking for an activity that they could take on together from square one, whereas in most other sports one often had a head start above the other.
