TRAK 2.0 Kayaks Production Now in Process

After a gap in production in 2020 due to the impacts of the pandemic, we are back and building kayaks! We are currently building hundreds of kayaks for 2021 and early 2022 deliveries.

Our factory, located in Mariveles, PH, has just begun work on over 800 new kayaks. That means receiving 2.5 KILOMETRES of hull material from our supplier - hard to wrap your head around, right?

Each kayak is meticulously built by hand using a high-precision hot air and radio-frequency welding process, which requires great focus from our team. We do not rush this process, and treat it almost as a trade unto itself. Crafting a kayak hull can take our team the better part of a day, but the result of that careful work is a hull which is strong, adaptable, and beautiful.
