Delivery Update ~ Reflecting on Summer 2023
We're pleased to share that significant progress has been made in the delivery of outstanding TRAK 2.0 orders. Despite some challenges faced at the Port of Vancouver, our shipments arrived last month in North America and Europe, and kayaks have been delivered to paddlers all around the globe!
It has been "all hands on deck" to get these new kayaks out the door. We've shipped hundreds of TRAK 2.0s to North America, Europe and Asia. This keeps us on track for our commitment to deliver the pre-2023 orders by February to April of 2024.
Deliveries have taken many shapes! The bulk of orders arrive to customers via couriers such as FedEx, but some orders are hand delivered to paddlers on site, or via BC Ferries to paddlers on the mainland.
As always, we are grateful for your commitment, orders and especially your support. We won't rest until we've got all of you the TRAK 2.0s you've ordered. We're starting to see hundreds of new boats on the water this summer and fall, so keep posted with all of the great TRAKings in the Wild content!
We'll be announcing the 2024 TRAK 2.0 Signature Series very soon! Our production team are really hitting their stride, as we continue this momentum.
