Stef Gebbie is a Tasmanian equestrian who grew up with horses as a child. She's always loved the outdoors and adventure, and has worked in the outdoor guiding industry in Tasmania for over a decade, heading off overseas during the southern winters to explore new horizons and experience new adventures.

After a lifetime of cementing her passion for long distance riding, she headed off East to West across Canada. Unfortunately, due to illness and death of a close family member, that journey was interrupted, leading her to pursue a paddling trip across the Canadian Shield instead, using her trusty TRAK kayak.
