Paulo Ouellet is a Greenland paddling coach and the founder of the popular online course, Dancing with the Sea.
Paulo has spent over 25 years using the Greenland paddle and 20 years helping paddlers unlock its full potential - including many TRAK owners. Paulo teaches how move naturally in a sea kayak, with power, grace, and stability—so paddling becomes effortless, even in challenging conditions.
This pursuit of elegance is why Paulo loves the TRAK so much.

Ken Whiting
Ken was 14 years old when he picked up a kayak paddle for the first time. Not long after, he won the 1997/98 World Freestyle Kayaking Champion, the 1998 Japan Open Champion, and a five-time Canadian National Champion in whitewater kayaking. Ken tested TRAK's first prototype model in 2006, and has been paddling with us ever since.
In addition to founding the Canadian Freestyle Kayaking Association, Ken has started multiple TV and web series focussed on kayaking, including Facing Waves and PaddleTV. Ken is respected globally for his honest and candid reviews.

Chad Shen
Based in Hong Kong, Chad (aka @FishaholicBoy on YouTube) started kayaking during the global pandemic.
As someone who lives in a tiny apartment, folding kayaks simply made paddling possible - but Chad quickly learned that not all folding kayaks are alike. Chad started to gradually upgrade his folding kayak fleet, receiving his TRAK 2.0 after waiting a long time during our kickstarter era. After this, Chad started developing more confidence and advanced paddling skills, including kayak rolls.
Here's what Chad really thinks about the TRAK 2.0.
Note: even though Chad is adamant about drying his skin thoroughly before storage, this is not necessarily required, and the skin can be stored wet.

Frank Wolf
Frank Wolf is a Canadian adventurer, writer, filmmaker, and environmentalist. In 2020 he was named One of Canada's Greatest 90 Explorers of All Time by Canadian Geographic, and in 2012 he was named one of Canada's Top Ten Adventurers by Explore.
Ken has complete multiple self supported expeditions with a TRAK kayak, including along the incredibly remote coastlines of Labrador, the Darian Gap between Panama and Colombia, and the Inside Passage to Alaska.
Here he is telling stories from these trips to a live audience in 2024.

Jaime, James, and Warren
Join globally renowned paddlers Jaime Sharp, James Manke, and Warren Williamson as they ride the Skookumchuck Narrows along the Sunshine Coast of BC, Canada. This location boasts a world-famous standing wave caused during flooding, which results in some of the most dynamic waters and paddling on the planet.
This video was part of the filming of The TRAK Files video series, produced by Wandering Wolf Productions.
