Simon is a water athlete, educated as an Army Aircraft Engineer who transferred into the Royal Army Physical Training Corps and developed into an adventurous training and resilience leadership professional. Culminating military service as a Warrant Officer Class 1 and leading a global Corporate Sponsorship project: British Army Everest 2015 as the Expedition Leader.
After surviving the Everest project and a successful military career, he transitioned into a Corporate Senior Manager role at Canadian Pacific Railway. He led complex multi-million dollar projects, multiple Operations Leadership roles; executing, designing, driving corporate vision and values to results for the shareholders. Developed technical, financial and executive experience, further enhancing his business operation capabilities.
