Location: Yellowknife, Northwest Territories

Dan grew up in Yellowknife, where he lives today. He is grateful for true wilderness access and is a proud northerner. As one of the most experienced paddling guides and instructors in the Canadian North, he will always get excited to explore a new remote route by sea kayak. Canoe is great too (he doesn't discriminate).

As the owner of Jackpine Paddle, Dan understands the complicated and ever-changing ins & outs of accessing remote northern wilderness for your trip of a lifetime. When the road ends and a lengthy boat shuttle or floatplane charter is your only option, TRAK Kayaks can offer big cost savings and help make the logistics work. That is, if you are looking to venture where few others ever will.
If you are in Yellowknife, please reach out to Dan at info@jackpinepaddle.com or 1-867-445-4512
