Peter Schoedl & Nathalie Marik - Sea2Summit.Life

It can be hard to walk away from a good thing, but that is exactly the path that Peter and Nathalie have chosen. They've sold their successful sports medicine practice in their native Austria to be able to embark on an "indefinite departure". They'll be calling their new custom overlander "Dirty Harry" home for the foreseeable future as they endeavor to stay on the road for as far, and for as long, as they can.

We baptized "Dirty Harry" and made the final preparations for the first test trip. Since yesterday we are "on the road"... heading south.

A few days ago we assembled our #trakkayaks at the #keutschachersee in #carinthia Evening and morning paddle trips are so relaxing 😃 They fit neatly on our #camper too.

#chioggia in the south of the #venice Lagoon is much quieter and more modest than the magnificent #venezia, but the authentic Italian flair of this quaint little town and its surroundings can be wonderfully explored with our kayaks.

Follow their adventure on sea2summit.life and on our TRAKings in the Wild.

Their route combined two distinct environments: two days crossing the vast expanse of Lake Cocibolca, including a stop in the Solentiname Islands, followed by five days descending the Río San Juan to the Caribbean.
