- B1 & S1 Ribs updated with arched bottoms to reduce potential for wear when impacting submerged obstacles.

- Mechanical “spare-tire” Backup Jack developed for redundancy and peace of mind in remote areas.

- Large blue rib lock pin diameter increased for strength; pull ring replaced by nylon cord for ease of use and added strength.

- Coamings – formulation change (plasticizer added) to increase toughness.

- Keder handle strap end caps – design & formulation changed to reduce potential for breakage (fibre added).
2019
- Plastic end added to keder to reduce keder cord wear/damage.
- New deck cord configuration on rear deck to make it easier to open the keder.
- Neoprene seal added under keder to reduce water ingress.
- Sea-sock geometry changed to give more foot room.
- Sea-sock attachment points added.
2018-19
- Keder cord layout adjusted to ease keder closing.
- Upgraded deck cord ends & anchor points.
- Life-line upgraded to reflective cord.
- Back-band replaced the former rigid seat back.
- Drain holes added to the seat pan.
- Optional adjustable hip pads made available.
- Optional rough water thigh braces made available.
Late 2018
- Carbon Fiber Rib upgrade: lighter, more rigid, color coded for ease of assembly, new shape gives larger “pass through” area (easier to stuff legs and gear through them).
- Aluminum Frame upgrades: redesigned fold points for more compact design, allowing for transport by air in a checked bag.
- Ball Stud Receivers: added to allow re-attachment of frame tubes to end plates.
- Color-coded frames (blue/red) for ease of assembly; colour anodizing also reducing potential for corrosion.
- Jack upgrades: more than 125 revisions to decrease weight and increase reliability/manufacturability.
- Rolling Bag upgrade: more compact & versatile.
