Please note that shipping times may vary from what is estimated at checkout, depending on weather, fulfillment location, package size, and the number of accessories you've added to your order.

With our headquarters and warehouse in Nanaimo, Canada, we continue to conduct quality control by hand, inch by inch. We check in with every TRAK customer post-purchase, provide tailored service and support through the lifetime of our product, and are committed to honouring our seven year warranty on any manufacturing defects, as described in our warranty policy. 

A Note on TRAK's Past Shipping Challenges 

Over the past two decades, TRAK has evolved its production processes considerably to meet the demands of modern paddlers. From our inventors' backyard, to a small warehouse in Airdrie, Alberta, to our world-class production facility in Manila Bay, Philippines, we have paddled far - but not without encountering barnacles along the way. 

Not long after fundraising for the initial TRAK 2.0 in 2019, the broad-reaching impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and related supply shortages caused repeated delays in our production schedule (as detailed in this article).

While references to this difficult time period are often mentioned in old reviews and forums, the TRAK team - and our more recent customers - are thrilled to reiterate that these challenges are far behind us. 

Today, TRAK maintains a strict, consistent, and ever-improving production schedule in close collaboration with our factory team and raw material suppliers. We continue to identify opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback, which led us to increase our warranty period from 5 to 7 years in April 2025.
