No Rocker
Low rocker maintains maximum waterline for speed and straight-line efficiency. This is ideal for long-hauls over long distances.
Medium Rocker
This hybrid hull shape provides a balance between efficiency and maneuverability, ideal for choppy conditions over distance.
High Rocker
With the bow and stern raised out of the water, high rocker allows for maximum agility and playfulness amidst obstacles or surf.
Key Features
Keder Closure
TRAK's proprietary keder closure system allows for a smooth yet tight seal around the coaming. It also acts as a hatch to access gear behind your seat. TRAK provides spray-on MX5 lubricant to keep your keder working smoothly each time.
Hydraulic Jacks
TRAK's proprietary hydraulic jacks have undergone continuous refinement since our first hand-built model was developed in 2006. Each jack can produce over 300 lbs of force, and allow the TRAK to change shape for a range of conditions.
Cockpit Outfitting
TRAK offers adjustable thigh braces and foot pedals included with each kayak. Extra large thigh braces and adjustable hip pads are available as an optional upgrade for paddlers seeking additional contact with their vessel. Buy these add-ons as a bundle and save.

That's why each TRAK 2.0 includes a rolling travel bag, custom spray deck, nylon sea sock, and gear floatation dry bags - all essential safety gear to keep your kayak buoyant in the event of a wet exit.
Paddling with these included accessories allows you to easily perform a self-rescue, or assist in the rescue of another paddler.
Custom Spray Deck
Developed in collaboration with Reed Chillcheater in the UK, TRAK's custom spray deck includes a resealable opening that allows you to reach into the cockpit to adjust your rocker (or grab a snack) without having to remove the spray deck from the coaming.
Floatation Bags x2
Our Gear Floatation Dry Bags are sealed with a roll top, including an inflation hose, are designed to serve multiple purposes:
1) Displace water and retain bouyancy in the event of a wet exit.
2) Make self- and assisted rescues safer and faster.
3) Keep stowed gear clean and dry over long distances.
For those who push their gear hard, consider upgrading to our Expedition Gear Bag system, made with extra tough waterproof material and Tie-Zip water proof zipper.
Nylon Sea Sock
Our Nylon Sea Sock serves two purposes: (a) keep the inside of your TRAK kayak clean and dry; (b) prevent water from flooding your kayak in the event of a wet exit.
Since the TRAK 2.0 is a Greenland style skin-on-frame kayak, our sea sock replaces the need for bulkheads.
For those paddling in cold water, consider upgrading to our Aquatherm Sea Sock, developed by Reed Chillcheater.
Rolling Travel Bag
Designed with insight and recommendations from TRAK Pilots, our latest rolling travel bag is designed to meet airline requirements for checked luggage.
Built tough, with plenty of extra attachment points for smaller items and other luggage, this bag comes with a removable hard plastic backing which can be stored under the TRAK seat while paddling. This allows paddlers to roll up the bag and store it inside the kayak for A to B trips.
