In the years that followed, he embarked on many other solo adventures: around Sardinia, Corsica, the Peloponnese, Crete, Dalmatia, and more.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2001, Eugenio founded Sicily in Kayak, earning certifications to teach the art of sea kayaking.
